Telegram will send a reminder notification just like Google Calendar or other task management apps. While the feature is good, we would have loved it more had it been available for user chats too.

Similar options are available for sharing your phone number and profile photo. You can also select who can add a link to your account when forwarding messages, who can call you, and who can add you in groups. Unlike mass-market messengers like WhatsApp and Line, Telegram is an open-source app. This means anyone can check the appβs source code, protocol, API, and see how it works and make an informed decision. Telegram gives you an option where you can select who can see your last seen time. To configure this, go to βSettingsβ, βPrivacy and Securityβ and then tap on βLast Seen & Onlineβ. If you are a group admin and itβs getting hard for you to manage the group due to the sheer amount of messages, you can use utilize the slow mode feature. In this menu, you will see a number of themes and colour options to choose from. Further, you can also change the curve on message boxes and font size.
